Burnout Prevention & Capacity Coach

Helping Professionals, Entrepreneurs & Leaders Find Sustainable Success

Are you running on empty while chasing success?

You are NOT alone!

Burnout doesn’t happen overnight. It creeps in through long hours, endless expectations, and the belief that rest is earned only after the work is done.

Some questions to think about:

– Do you constantly feel drained by responsibilities that never seem to end?
– Is it hard to slow down or make time for yourself?
– Are you pushing through stress that never eases?
– Noticing that your physical or mental health taking a back seat?
– Feeling trapped in a burnout cycle where rest days don’t make a dent?
– Losing connection with the happiness you used to find in your work?

Burnout doesn’t just deplete your energy. It clouds your clarity, dulls your creativity, and chips away at your confidence

Burnout tries to convince you that exhaustion is the price of success…it’s NOT.

about me

Hi, I'm Kris!

I am a non-binary & neurodivergent partner, wellness advocate, travel addict, biking enthusiast and so much more. Here’s a little about my burnout story.

I worked for a tech company, a customer facing developer role for just over 2 years. The downward spiral only took 5 months or so and then…

I WAS FACING A MAJOR HEALTH CRISIS!

More major than I had ever expected. Work was extremely stressful (which I was used to), but I inherited a manager that was making my work environment impossible to function within.

As a neurodivergent person, high performer and achiever I know how to work best to achieve the goals set for me. I was no longer able to work in a way that could lead to my ongoing success.

The downward spiral led to many things including insomnia, constant mind chatter and rumination when I was awake in the middle of the night. Loss of appetite, and overall desire to do the activities that always brought me joy.

My relationship with my wife was deteriorating rapidly, and my relationship with my self was the WORST it had ever been.

Something had to change!

I took a leave of absence for 3 months and focused solely on my healing and recovery. I haven’t looked back.

I decided to jump two feet into becoming a burnout prevention/capcity coach and entrepreneur.

I now love helping other tech professionals learn the skills and boundaries necessary to put themselves first, and recover from burnout before a truly disastrous medical emergency forces them to.
